What you need to know before your first appointment

Your appointment will be confirmed by email or SMS. A 1-hour session includes 50 minutes for assessment/consultation and 10 minutes for debriefing, setting homework, taking payment, and finalising notes. For complex cases or conditions, we conduct 90-minute initial assessment sessions. You will be asked to complete the online New Client Intake & Consent Form before your first session.

Cost: One hour consultations are $210 and half-hour consultations are $125. Fees are payable at the end
of the session by cash, cheque, Eftpos, or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a $2 charge. If you
cannot pay for your session on the date of service, we will reschedule your appointment to a time when you
are able to pay.

Rebates: If you are referred on a Medicare-rebated Mental Health Care Plan by your GP, your rebate will be $124.50 if you are consulting a clinical psychologist. This is rebated on the day of service into your bank account. To receive this rebate you must have an Eftpos card to accept the rebate into your bank account. Once you reach your safety net your rebate will increase to $191.90

If you are referred on a Medicare GP Team Management Plan your rebate is $52.90

If you are a member of a private health fund you will be eligible for a rebate if you are covered for psychological and/or dietetic services. As this varies, depending on your cover, we suggest you contact your health fund to determine your rebate eligibility.

Parking: Free off-street parking is available

New Client Intake and Consent Form: This must be completed prior to your first session.

Cancellation Policy:  If, for any reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment:

  • if you provide less than 24 hours notice, and we cannot fill your allocated time you will be charged the full fee;
  • if you provided 24-48-hours notice, and we cannot fill your allocated time you will be charged 50% of the full fee.
  • If you provide more than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee will not apply

Opening Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm
  • Saturdays: 9am-1pm every second Saturday
  • Fridays: once a month 9am-1pm
