Employee Assistance Programs

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a short term counseling support service that is made available to employees of an organisation and their families in order to help with problems, difficulties and concerns which they may experience from time to time.

These problems, difficulties and concerns may have a negative effect on the work performance of an employee. These may include (but are not limited to) work, personal or heath related issues, financial or emotional concerns.

LifePsyche’s goal is to initiate early intervention to reduce both personal damage to the employee and reduce WorkCover claims or other claims against employers, particularly claims with a psychological base.
