LifePsyche provide e-consultations where you can meet with a therapist for personal counselling or advice from the privacy of your own home or office. By using visual internet forums such as Skype or MSN Messenger, you can make face to face contact with a counsellor during business or after hours. Online counselling is not appropriate for everyone. And, as with any new frontier, there are some issues you should consider before trying it. Notwithstanding every day, responsible, competent, ethical mental health professionals are forming effective helping relationships via the Internet - relationships that assist and heal.

Fees for E services

Our Email, Chat, & Phone Counselling Fees

A single payment of between $150.00 buys you up to

two email counselling letters or
two 30 minute secure chat sessions or
two 30 minute phone sessions, or
one counselling letter, and one 30 minute phone call or chat session.

Phone Counselling

The client(s) must bear the costs of their own phone call(s) to our numbers.
All fees must be paid before the start of the call.

Payments for the email, phone, and chat counselling can be made using our secure, encrypted, online credit and debit card transaction facilities.

We will send instructions once the counselling arrangements have been made. You will also be required to complete a personal information form outlining your contact details and the nature of your issue.

Alternatively we would be happy to process your payment if you prefer by phoning/faxing your card details to us, sending a cheque, or arranging a bank transfer.
